Nice to hear, but I felt I could have done better.

I have been involved in this venture for 2 years.  Each time I have given a talk, I feel like I have improved.  But this time was different.  I handed out Feedback Forms (something I am trying out) and almost each participant rated me a 10 ( 1 rated me an 8 and another a 9).

The comments were also all good, but I STILL feel like I let them down. Is this what it is to become? Will I not get better?  Should I try a different career?

This is a difficult choice.  I really liked the direction I was heading.  Will it be like this again? I will be giving a speech later in the week.  I will let you know how it goes.
