Stroke Symposium presented by the speakers was very informative to some of us who doesn’t really deal with Stroke patients but could possibly be one while in our unit, very grateful to be informed with the signs and symptoms/alerts for Stroke assessments. 61. Really appreciated this presentation, and was inspired by Gordon (and Jill’s) tenacity and courage. As an RN who spends most of my time with patient’s in the ICU, it is always amazing to get to see people months to years out from their injury, living their lives, overcoming obstacles and also sharing about their hardships and their accomplishments.
